Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate React Lead Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of React and front-end development, along with proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Technical Leadership: Lead a team of React developers, providing technical direction, code reviews, and mentorship.
  2. Project Oversight: Manage the front-end development lifecycle from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
  3. Code Quality: Ensure high-quality code through best practices, code reviews, and automated testing.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with back-end developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to deliver cohesive and high-performing applications.
  5. Architecture: Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and efficient front-end architecture using React.
  6. Innovation: Stay current with the latest front-end technologies and trends, and implement them where appropriate to enhance our applications.
  7. Problem Solving: Address and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of the application.
  8. Mentorship: Support the professional growth of team members by sharing knowledge, conducting training sessions, and fostering a learning environment.
Qualifications

Experience: 6-10 years of professional experience in front-end development, with a focus on React.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in React.Js and its core principles. Strong understanding of JavaScript, Typescript, HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, MobX, or Context API. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.G., Webpack, Babel,npm, Yarn). Knowledge of GraphQL APIs and asynchronous request handling. Experience with testing frameworks and tools (e.G., Jest, Enzyme, Cypress). Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility issues. Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
