About the Role

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Data Analyst/Scientist. In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing AI-powered prediction models to forecast and optimize chemical formulations.

  • Develop and enhance advanced computational models to predict and optimize chemical formulations.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to integrate these models into our AI platform.
  • Analyze large datasets from chemistry data and R&D experiments to uncover patterns, trends, and optimization opportunities.
  • Develop and validate statistical and machine learning models to improve prediction accuracy and reliability.
  • Improve the efficiency and scalability of existing models to meet diverse customer needs.
  • Optimize the use of computational resources to minimize redundancy and operational expenses.
  • Communicate complex findings and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Cheminformatics, or Computational Chemistry.
  • Experience: 6+ years of total experience, 3+ relevant drug discovery experience with demonstrated impactful contributions.
  • Proficiency in statistical and machine learning techniques.
  • Programming experience in Python, R, or similar languages.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or sci-kit-learn.
  • Expertise in cheminformatics data analysis and large-scale data handling.
