Job Title: Executive - Field Sales (0-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Executive to join our Field Sales team. As an Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and improving customer experience in our designated territories.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and gather insights to inform sales strategies
  • Promote our brand subscription model to residential societies and local areas
  • Handle customer interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
  • Drive subscription model sales by educating potential customers on the benefits of subscribing to our services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support field operations and marketing activities
  • Maintain and update customer and sales data, performance trackers, and reports
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using Excel and Google Sheets
