AI Development Specialist

We're seeking a skilled AI development specialist to join our team. As a key member of our software development agency, you'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a talented group of developers.
Job Description:
As an AI development specialist, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end projects using AI-assisted development tools. This will involve planning, designing, and building scalable web and mobile applications, as well as mentoring junior developers and reviewing AI-assisted work for quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of professional fullstack development experience
- Proficiency in multiple frameworks (e.g., React, Flutter, Supabase)
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects independently end-to-end
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor IDE or similar)
- Knowledge of retrieval pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, and LLM integrations
- Ability to mentor junior developers and review AI-assisted work for quality

Daily stand-ups and sprint planning occur via ClickUp and Slack, and time tracking and screenshot monitoring are essential for alignment, accountability, and transparency.
