We're seeking a talented WordPress Developer to join our team. This is a full-time, fully remote role where you'll work from the comfort of your home while collaborating with a global team of engineers, designers, and strategists who are shaping platforms that serve millions of users.

About the Role:
  • This role involves developing and customizing WordPress themes, plugins, and templates using Gutenberg, Kadence, and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).
  • You will be responsible for building large-scale content uploads, data migrations, and integrations.
  • Our ideal candidate should have experience in optimizing websites for speed, security, and SEO best practices.
  • Collaborating with designers to implement responsive, user-focused layouts is also key.
  • In this role, you will troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve site performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in large-scale WordPress development is essential.
  • A strong foundation in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is required.
  • Knowledge of Gutenberg, Kadence, and ACF is necessary.
  • A solid understanding of SEO and website performance optimization is crucial.
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with WP Engine hosting, AWS, and Cloudflare is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent real-world experience) is desired.
