Senior Full Stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions that meet business and technical goals, driving significant business impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals, gather requirements, and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
  • Oversee code reviews, assist in resolving urgent application issues, and champion process improvements to enhance team efficiency and code quality.
  • Lead discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders, research, write, and edit documentation, and lead the development of diverse technical talent.
  • Participate in talent acquisition and training programs, striving to build and maintain a diverse and inclusive team.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, keeping your team current with emerging technology and software engineering trends.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Engineering degree.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
  • Good work ethic, with a focus on mentoring junior employees.
  • Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or similar, and experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries.
  • Proficiency in full stack development technologies, including HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, Python, Java, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of databases and SQL, with experience in designing and optimizing database structures.
  • Proven excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Proven proactive and self-driven, with a passion for staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
Preferred Qualification:
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
