Project Leader

As a project leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the end-to-end implementation of complex projects.

Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional delivery teams, defining project scope and timelines, and managing budgets and risks. You will also serve as the primary liaison with clients and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to ensure successful project delivery.

You will collaborate with various teams, including product, engineering, sales, legal, and customer success, to align delivery efforts with contractual obligations. Additionally, you will track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress to leadership.

Requirements:

  • 9-14 years of experience in project management

Responsibilities :

  1. Lead full-cycle delivery of SaaS lending implementations across large-scale financial institutions.
  2. Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and governance frameworks.
  3. Run project governance structures - Steering Committees, status reviews, and stakeholder updates.
  4. Serve as the primary client liaison, fostering strong relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams of 15+ members including BAs, Solution Architects, Engineers, and QAs.
  6. Align delivery efforts with contractual obligations, ensuring customer satisfaction and project success.
  7. Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Customer Success teams.
  8. Track delivery KPIs and report progress, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership.
  9. Coach and mentor delivery team members to uphold best practices and excellence.
  10. Oversee third-party vendors involved in project execution.
  11. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives - methodologies, frameworks, and playbooks.
