Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled automation engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using ACCELQ (Cloud version) for web applications.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in test automation, functional testing, and experience in implementing CI/CD-based automation frameworks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using ACCELQ (Cloud version) to ensure application quality across functional, regression, and integration levels.
  • Collaborate with developers, BAs, and product owners to understand requirements and create test scenarios.
  • Design, implement, and integrate automation test suites with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
  • Provide test coverage reports, defect analysis, and root cause investigations.
  • Ensure automation best practices and contribute to QA strategy for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience in ACCELQ Web (Cloud) for automation.
  • Solid knowledge of automation frameworks and test design principles.
  • Good understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps CI/CD environments.
  • Experience in functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Knowledge of APIs and ability to automate using ACCELQ (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Git.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Experience in banking/insurance/financial domains (if relevant to your projects).
