  • Utilize the assigned bank's channels to generate leads and engage with potential customers.
  • Cross-sell various financial products to bank customers, focusing on life-related investments and insurance needs.
  • Develop and manage customer relationships, assessing their financial requirements and recommending suitable products.
  • Ensure timely policy issuance by coordinating medical reports and verifying customer information.
Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads through various bank channels and engage with potential customers.
  • Assess customer financial needs and recommend suitable financial products.
  • Manage customer relationships, ensuring seamless service delivery and effective communication.
  • Coordinate with the bank's systems to verify customer information and ensure timely policy issuance.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 1 year of sales experience in any insurance channel.
  • Candidates from insurance, banking, pharma, retail, telecom, or other sales verticals are eligible.
  • Insurance or BFSI experience is mandatory.
  • Graduation is required.
  • Strong track record and employment stability are essential.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Life / Health / General Insurance is preferred.
  • Ability to acquire new customers using the bank's database, walk-ins, and generated prospects.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
