Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Interior Design Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills and gain valuable experience in the interior design industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the conceptualization, styling, and renovation of our properties. This will include supporting the project team with layout planning, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development of interior designs for our properties, including selecting materials, finishes, and furniture.
  • Support the project team with layout planning, taking into account factors such as space efficiency, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Research new design trends, materials, and concepts to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Contribute creative ideas during property scouting and evaluations.
  • Help refresh and style existing properties in line with our brand standards.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have prior exposure to interior design through coursework, projects, or internships. You should also be proficient in AutoCAD, design software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior exposure to interior design (through coursework, projects, or internships).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, design software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on-site with teams and vendors.
