Our strategic initiative, Daskalos, pioneers transnational education in India by helping leading global universities establish joint campuses under the evolving Indian regulatory framework. With multiple institutions in discussions, Daskalos is shaping the future of global higher education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth and contribution margin goals for the University Campus Business (Daskalos). Collaborate closely with the head of business to align strategies and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to achieve quarterly objectives.
  • Work with Product Creation, sales, performance marketing, offline outreach, product marketing, university relations, and other functions to ensure successful program launches and ongoing performance.
  • Analyze data, identify trends, and propose strategies to improve performance and meet contribution targets.
  • Engage with the Product Creation team to provide input on program updates based on market feedback and requirements.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and effective communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain support for necessary changes and initiatives.
  • Employ a portfolio approach to allocate budgets and resources strategically to achieve portfolio targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing and scaling category or portfolio P&L, with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to align revenue strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Problem-solving mindset and a self-driven approach to solve business problems.
  • Ability to understand various levers of P&L and drive optimizations across top line and cost lines to drive EBIDTA goals.
  • Ability to work on annual operating plans and do strong business planning.
  • Ability to generate strong actionable insights from multiple data reports.
  • Confident and influential communication skills, enabling successful collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking, portfolio management, and the ability to propose and drive changes based on market insights.
  • Understanding of performance campaigns, tele-sales, and channel sales will be a key skill in this role.
