The successful applicant will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Performing pipeline procurement tasks, including MTOs, Specs, Data Sheets, MR, PR, TBE, PS, and Vendor Data Review.
- Designing and analyzing pipelines to ensure safe and reliable operation, including stability analyses, free span analysis, and CP design.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and efficient design, construction, and operation of pipelines.
- Leading junior engineers and designers to achieve project goals and deadlines.
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and new technologies to maintain expertise and provide innovative solutions.
Requirements
- BE or M Tech in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Offshore, Ocean, Naval, Geotech disciplines.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in pipeline design and analysis, preferably in the offshore sector.
- Proficiency in software such as AutoPipe, DNV-Fatfree, Orcaflex, Sage Profile 3D, DNV-Stablelines, AGA, ABAQUS-AQUA, ANSYS AQWA, SACS, and CAESAR-II.
- Familiarity with industry-standard codes like DNV-OS-F101, API-RP-1111, and API 5L.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
