About the Role

As a Risk and Controls professional, you will be involved in business process review, process design and implementation, risk and control assessment, internal audit, and validation of focusing on key risk areas.

The ideal candidate would be able to contribute as a leader in client service delivery for business process re-engineering, revenue assurance reviews, SOX, and/or local audit compliance or business process consulting.

  • Manage internal audit assignments for clients in the BFSI sector.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare development of risk-based audit plans.
  2. Prepare audit scope and work program.
  3. Support team members during fieldwork.
  4. Review work of team members.
  5. Prepare audit reports.
  6. Discuss reports with concerned functional heads.
  7. Finalize reports and submit to senior management.
  8. Prepare audit committee presentations.
  9. Present audit results to pre-audit committees.
  10. Track and follow up on implementation of audit recommendations.
  11. Lead projects initiated within the team.
  12. Train new and existing team members on auditing and recent developments.

Requirements:

  • Ability to manage teams (business as well as technical).
  • Ability to perform reviews independently.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of client management.
  • Ability to manage deadlines with flexibility and professionalism.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments if needed.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Adequate knowledge to perform technical reviews based on guidance provided.

Experience: 3-6 years
Qualification: CA/MBA/Any Graduate
