About This Automation Role:

We are seeking a skilled automation specialist to drive quality and efficiency in our testing processes.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing reusable test modules for UI steps, data-driven testing, API calls, JSON parsing, and PDF testing.
  • Designing frameworks in Java and JavaScript using Excel for test data and JSON for object repositories.
  • Architecting automation test management platforms for executing regression test scripts.
  • Supporting REST API workflows with automated test case generation and JSON assertions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software QA methodologies and tools, with expertise in automation testing using Python. A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required. Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language such as Java, Python, or Shell is essential. Experience working in Unix/Linux environments, including writing shell scripts and using Unix command-line tools, is also necessary.

Responsibilities include initiating and developing common-lib modules for UI steps, data-driven testing, SOAP/REST API, JSON parsing, AODA compliance, PDF test, ETL support, and mobile UI testing. The role requires architecting RAPID Automation Test Management Platform, a self-sustaining system for executing automation regression test scripts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to succeed in this position.
