We are a leading healthcare organization dedicated to delivering exceptional medical services. Our Medical Billing / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team is responsible for optimizing the revenue cycle, improving cash flow, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior AR Professional to join our Medical Billing / RCM team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely follow-up on unpaid claims, and resolving billing issues.
This role requires collaboration with patients, payers, and internal teams to optimize the revenue cycle, improve cash flow, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities- AR Management: Manage and monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely follow-up on unpaid claims.
- Billing Discrepancies: Communicate with patients and payers to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze AR data to identify trends, improve cash flow, and enhance financial performance.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and payer-specific guidelines.
- Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports detailing AR performance.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and address discrepancies in billing and payments promptly.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical billing, accounts receivable, or RCM.
- Skills: Expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes, strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in medical billing software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities, detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
The estimated salary for this role is Rs. 30,000 + additional compensation based on experience and qualifications.
