Job Title: FOB Sourcing Executive – Apparel

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and select suppliers for fabrics, trims, and finished garments to meet quality, compliance, and cost standards.
  • Negotiate favorable pricing with vendors that align with company goals and strategic objectives.
  • Develop and approve samples with suppliers, ensuring design specifications and quality standards are met.
  • Oversee production to ensure timely delivery of orders, adherence to quality standards, and resolution of any production issues.
  • Ensure all sourcing activities comply with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering collaboration and mutual growth.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sourcing strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in apparel sourcing, focusing on FOB operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with sourcing and procurement software is an asset.
  • Strong negotiation skills to achieve cost-effective solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in English is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Willingsness to travel to supplier locations as needed.
