The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Design Professional to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and coordinating the work done by subcontractors for air distribution and piping systems, including specialty mechanical systems for new and renovated buildings.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required. A minimum of 5-10 years experience working on interior design and commercial/residential fit-out projects, with expertise in HVAC system design using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, HAP).
  • Working knowledge of HVAC principles, equipment, and control systems for retail stores, offices, and F&B projects is essential. Understanding of building codes and standards related to HVAC systems is also crucial.
  • You should have a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in sustainable design practices for HVAC systems and the ability to prepare detailed construction documents, including mechanical drawings, equipment specifications, BOQs, and control sequences.
