We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementation specialist to lead our projects with expertise in Oracle Time and Labor, Absence, and Core HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage 6+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud to deliver successful implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Modules (Oracle Time and Labor, Absence, and Core HR).
- Lead the configuration and implementation of Oracle OTL, focusing on PPM-based timesheet functionality, ensuring compliance with project-specific requirements and business processes.
- Integrate OTL with Project Costing and Payroll modules, streamlining time tracking for projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to time tracking, translating them into system specifications and functional designs.
- Configure and maintain modules, create and update configuration books, and support testing and defect resolution.
- Communicate project issues to team leads, ensure project deliverables from offshore for HCM Modules, and contribute to a geographically diverse environment.
Requirements:
- Strong implementation experience in Oracle Cloud, specifically Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Modules.
- Proven leadership skills in configuring and implementing Oracle OTL, with a focus on PPM-based timesheet functionality.
- Experience in integrating OTL with Project Costing and Payroll modules.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work with multi-cultural teams.
- Good presentation and communication skills, with experience in escalating project issues.
- Knowledge of structured software development life-cycle methodology.
