As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions that drive enterprise reliability.

This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, dependable systems that meet the needs of our customers.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Design and implementation: You will be responsible for designing and implementing AI agents that operate reliably under enterprise constraints, such as multi-cloud environments and compliance requirements.
  • Reasoning workflows and tool-use policies: You will develop and test reasoning workflows, prompting strategies, and tool-use policies specifically tailored for large-scale observability data.
  • Fine-tuning and reward modeling: You will utilize techniques such as fine-tuning, RLHF, and reward modeling to ensure AI behavior aligns with real SRE workflows, thereby avoiding reliance on toy datasets.
  • Synthetic incident creation: You will create scalable pipelines for producing synthetic incidents - logs, metrics, traces - used for training and benchmarking in scenarios with limited data.
  • Collaboration and innovation: You will collaborate closely with infrastructure engineers, SREs, and product leaders to incorporate AI research into our platform, driving innovation and improving customer outcomes.
  • System design and resilience: You will design systems with built-in observability, monitoring, and CI/CD processes, ensuring failover, rollback, and resilience capabilities.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest research in LLMs, agentic AI, and reliability, incorporating these innovations into our enterprise production environments.
