  • Leadership of the finance department, goal setting, and designing a framework for accomplishment.

  • Conducting Audits on Financial Processes and Transactions.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Balance Sheet Finalization.
  • Statutory and Tax Audit Finalization.
  • Income Tax Knowledge – Assessments, Notices Responses.
  • Accounting Process Familiarity and ERP Software Knowledge.

Supplementary Skills & Traits:

  • Strong Analytical Capabilities.
  • Detailed Orientation.
  • Effective Communication with Cross-Functional Teams.

Requirements:

  • CA certification and 6-8 years of experience in manufacturing or automobile industry.
  • Age: Between 32 – 40 years.

This ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Holding CA certification and having relevant industry experience are also necessary prerequisites.
