Job Title: Senior Graphic DesignerJob Description:

As a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Designer, you will play a vital role in creating visually captivating designs and implementing innovative ideas across various digital and print mediums.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Translating client needs and branding strategies into design strategies, selecting appropriate colours, fonts, photographs, layouts, logos, and other design elements to communicate creative concepts effectively.
  • Conceptualizing and designing branding materials, such as brochures, flyers, illustrations, layouts, infographics, on-screen presentations, proposals, and social media collaterals.
  • Adhering to client brand guidelines, meeting, and exceeding defined expectations in terms of aesthetics, quality, turnaround time, and efficiency.
  • Familiarity with the latest design trends and advocating the same to team members and customers.
  • Providing unique and innovative design solutions to customers and convincing them to make the right design choices.
  • Communicating effectively with customers while understanding design briefs and sharing ideas.
  • Mentoring junior team members on best design practices.
  • Prioritizing deadlines and effectively managing multiple creative projects parallelly.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or college diploma (preferably in Graphic Design or a related discipline) with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Document Cloud (Interactive Media).
  • Candidate must have a creative agency background with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work across a range of mediums.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio that showcases creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work across a range of mediums.
  • Excellent communication (comprehension, verbal, and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and persuade.
Salary Range:

This position comes with an estimated annual salary of $70,000-$90,000 depending on your qualifications and experience.
