Job Title: Device Associate 2 - Product Replenishment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Device Associate 2 to join our team in Bengaluru, KA, IND. As a Device Associate 2, you will be responsible for executing test case instructions and reporting discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute test cases prepared for testing software builds
  • Perform test case execution and report bugs accurately
  • Understand testing procedures and guidelines for new builds/releases
  • Perform regression and repetitive testing exercises to qualify builds without compromising on quality
  • Use software tools for data capture on a daily basis
  • Be comfortable with capturing results, communicating, and escalating failures and providing individual status reports
  • Raising all failures/doubts related to the execution of test cases in the clarification portal and closing the same as per the SLA's
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience of 2 or more years
  • Demonstrated experience working as part of a team against deadlines with multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated use at the consumer level of software, computers, and devices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; the ability to partner with internal team members effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Sustained coursework or certificate of completion in Computer Science or related technical field
  • Attention to details and ability to root cause important issues impacting process or customers
  • Demonstrated experience prioritizing your own work with limited guidance from your manager or peers
  • Excellent customer experience intuition; demonstrated success in testing a customer-facing application
  • Strong organizational skills, tracking multiple projects simultaneously, and be able to synthesize the results
  • Street smarts; willingness to roll up the sleeves and do whatever is necessary to meet team goals
