Job Description

As a Lead Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design of consumer-facing products across web and mobile. This is an end-to-end opportunity where you will own the design journey, ensuring intuitive experiences that strike a perfect balance between user delight and business impact.

This role seamlessly blends leadership with hands-on craft. You will collaborate closely with product, research, and engineering teams, mentor junior designers, and set the direction for scalable design systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead consumer product design across discovery, prototyping, and delivery.
  • Translate research insights into actionable user journeys.
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering for seamless handoff and implementation.
  • Conduct usability testing to refine experiences.
  • Mentor junior designers, providing feedback and guidance.
  • Align stakeholders around product vision and design outcomes.

What You Bring:

  • At least 5 years of B2C product design experience with a strong portfolio.
  • Expertise in mobile-first and responsive web design.
  • Strong command of Figma and prototyping tools.
  • Knowledge of usability and accessibility standards.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with executional detail.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
