Job Title:

Creative Strategy Director

About the Role: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the creative vision for multiple brands across various industries. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills and expertise to deliver innovative campaigns that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies, from ideation to scriptwriting and copywriting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling creative showcases for pitches.
  • Present strategic plans to clients, showcasing expertise and attention to detail.
  • Ensure high-quality work in all creative projects, focusing on recognition and accolades.
  • Report to the Creative Lead, receiving guidance, feedback, and references for campaigns and tasks.
  • Coordinate closely with the Integrated Solutions Team on daily tasks, from social media posts to annual campaign strategies.
  • Provide direction to the graphic design team, ensuring cohesive brand identity.
  • Break down complex briefs into actionable tasks for junior creatives, promoting efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage revisions based on internal or external feedback, adhering to realistic timelines and meeting client goals.
  • Actively present throughout the production process, from concept to final product delivery.

Requirements:

  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop and propose interactive strategies and presentations for pitches.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage junior creative resources and provide direction.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of target audience and ability to create appealing content.
