Job Title: Financial Analyst - Record to Report

We are seeking an experienced financial analyst to join our team as a record to report specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for general accounting activities, including reconciliation, preparation of balance sheets and profit and loss accounts, fixed assets accounting, inter-company accounting, cash and bank accounting, financial analysis, and reporting.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate all accounting activities associated with General Ledger, particularly fixed assets, inter-company, inventory, cash, bank, indirect tax, and accruals.

  2. Identify risks or opportunities to revenues, cost, and profitability and propose appropriate actions.

  3. Adhere to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and meet specified timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A commerce graduate with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the Record to Report domain.

  • Experience in preparing balance sheets, handling Month-End Closure, Fixed Assets, Inter-Company, and Cash reconciliations.

  • Posting journal entries and recording transactions in the ERP system.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in coordinating audits, meeting customer expectations, and managing updates for management reviews in report management.
