About the Role:

This position requires collaboration with scientists to optimize processes, prepare facility requirements, and ensure quality and standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with scientists to understand experimental processes and optimize parameters for crystallization, distillation, drying, and extraction based on energy, cost, and safety considerations.
  • Develop facility requirements including equipment and utilities for production.
  • Analyze failed batches at the plant and conduct experiments to implement proposed solutions.
  • Solvent recovery and system capacity enhancement.
  • Scale up products from R&D to plant scale through engineering calculations and kinetic observation.
  • Maintain quality and safety standards in Lab and Kilo Lab environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth functioning of Lab and Technology Transfer activities.

  • Familiarity with experimental processes and optimization techniques.
