Nuclear Medicine Imaging Scientist Role

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Imaging Scientist to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and accuracy of imaging data, providing medical writing support, and assisting in project management duties.

  • Conduct thorough technical quality reviews of images according to trial specifications.
  • Perform quantitative image analysis to ensure high-quality data.
  • Reconstruct imaging data in accordance with trial requirements.
  • Manage research projects and early-phase clinical trials efficiently.
  • Develop comprehensive quality control documentation.
  • Generate image queries and track issues for timely resolution.
  • Support clinical sites and imaging centers through effective communication.
  • Create and review imaging site questionnaires to ensure accuracy.
  • Develop training materials for imaging site personnel.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support sponsor projects.
  • Provide medical and scientific input to various documents.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist certification required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of PET/CT imaging systems essential.
  • Knowledge of SPECT imaging systems desirable.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a nuclear medicine technologist required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the clinical trials industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Quality Assurance/Compliance beneficial.
