Campaign & Media Specialist Role

At VPatrol AI Private Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Campaign & Media Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, paid ads, etc.).
  • Work with content creators and designers to develop engaging materials for campaigns.
  • Identify and define target audience segments for each campaign to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing team.
  • Track campaign budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Conduct testing to optimize campaign performance, including copy, visuals, and targeting strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform campaign strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or a related field. Internships and volunteer experiences are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work with data, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, email marketing platforms, etc.).
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and channels (social media, SEO, paid ads).
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
