Job Opportunity: Business Analyst with Data Insights Expertise

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Business Analyst with Data Insights Expertise, focusing on business process improvement and analysis of accounting data. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R) Reconciliation, strong accounting knowledge in Indian Accounting, Fixed Assets, and Statutory Audit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough testing and conversion of accounting data from branch agency management systems to central divisional systems, including data analysis and reconciliation of converted data.
  • Work closely with internal and external development teams to test, implement, and resolve production issues and new functionality.
  • Develop and maintain accounting system procedures and testing documentation.
  • Support finance and accounting users with production issues, maintaining organization of production support issues and prioritization.
  • Perform comprehensive testing and maintenance of finance and accounting reports in agency management systems and ancillary reporting systems.
  • Develop training and communication programs for finance and accounting users on new Epic functionality and reports.
  • Collaborate with team members to assist with various projects, audits, and duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in R2R Reconciliation.
  • Strong accounting knowledge in Indian Accounting, Fixed Assets, and Statutory Audit.
  • Exposure to US GAAP considered an added advantage.
  • MBA - Finance, CA Inter, or any post-graduate in Finance.
