Our studio is seeking a skilled Architectural Visualization Specialist to join our design team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create 3D models from 2D drawings, sketches or conceptual designs.
  • Develop high-quality photo-realistic visualizations and renderings.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals.
  • Interpret architectural drawings and translate them into realistic 3D representations.
  • Provide input during the design process to enhance spatial aesthetics and functionality.
  • Maintain expertise in industry trends and best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Rhino, Lumion, V-Ray, D5, or similar tools.

They will also be able to work closely with clients to understand and deliver on visual expectations.

This role plays a crucial part in bringing our clients' visions to life and contributing to the success of our design team.

Qualifications:
  • Expertise in Architecture and Interior Modelling Design.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Relevant certifications or degrees in Architecture or related field.
  • Experience with 3D modeling software and tools.
