Job Title:

Art Director for Slot Games


Description:

As a key member of the slot game development team, you will be responsible for defining the visual style and creative direction for our games. You will collaborate with designers, animation directors, and game producers to integrate visual elements into gameplay, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for players.

You will develop and present mood boards, style guides, and creative concepts that define the look, feel, and tone of each game. Your expertise in graphic design, composition, color theory, and style development will be essential in creating high-quality 2D/3D art assets, UI, icons, backgrounds, and visual effects.

To ensure consistency and alignment with the game's creative vision, you will review art assets and mentor and guide the art and design teams to foster creativity, innovation, and skill development. Staying up-to-date on trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in game graphics and creative storytelling is also crucial.

In collaboration with marketing, you will adapt game visuals for promotional campaigns and social platforms, while maintaining creative standards and delivering high-quality visual assets on time.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Visual Arts, Game Art, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in game creative leadership, preferably in slot or casino games.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality 2D/3D art, UI/UX, branding, and cohesive visual storytelling.
