Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Paid Advertising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

Your primary objective will be to drive high-quality leads and conversions through targeted advertising efforts. You will analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize our advertising strategies.

Key responsibilities include planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns; managing Google Ads accounts with a focus on search engine marketing (SEM); and implementing full-funnel strategies for lead generation, sales, and brand awareness.

Additional duties may include analyzing key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates; regularly reviewing bidding strategies and budgets to ensure optimal spending efficiency and maximize ROI; and using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track campaign performance and user behavior.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in paid campaign management with a focus on search engine marketing (SEM).
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize advertising strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have 2+ years experience in paid campaigns.
