Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in designing and implementing automation solutions.
  • Proven experience with automation platforms for end-user computing such as Nanoheal and Nexthink.
  • Strong understanding of conversational AI platforms like Moveworks, Aisera, Amelia, ServiceNow Now Assist, and Microsoft Copilot.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
