Seeking a Study Abroad Advisor to join our team Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to advise students on overseas study options based on their academic background, goals, and interests.

  • Destination knowledge of Germany and other European countries is essential for success. The right candidate will have a deep understanding of the education system in these countries and be able to provide valuable insights to our students.
  • We are looking for someone who can guide students through the entire application process, from initial consultations to visa processing. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must
  • Our Study Abroad Advisor will be responsible for providing information on universities, courses, admission requirements, and application processes. They will also need to stay up-to-date with international education policies and admission deadlines.
  • This role requires strong relationships-building skills, as our advisor will work closely with students, parents, and university representatives to ensure a smooth application process.
  • The Study Abroad Advisor will be responsible for handling student queries through calls, emails, and in-person meetings. A calm and patient demeanor is essential for this role.
  • Maintaining proper records of student applications and following up until admission/visa completion is vital. This role requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • We are committed to supporting student success throughout the application process. This includes orienting students about living and studying abroad, which is an important aspect of this role.
  • The Study Abroad Advisor will also be responsible for staying updated with international education policies, admission deadlines, and university updates. This requires a strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
  • SUPPORTING MARKETING AND PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES such as seminars, education fairs, and webinars is also a key responsibility. This role requires strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
