We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Influencer Marketing Manager. This position will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with influencers to drive successful campaigns and partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and digital marketing trends. They will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and maintaining a diverse portfolio of exclusive influencers aligned with our objectives.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and collaborating with influencers across various social media platforms who resonate with our brand objectives.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with influencers, serving as the primary point of contact for all communication and coordination.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop influencer marketing strategies that align with brand objectives, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts, agreements, and deliverables with influencers, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.

Qualifications for this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 1 year in influencer marketing, talent management, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
