Job Title:

Visual Experience Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Visual Experience Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in product photography and videography, as well as proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content that showcases products in the best possible light. This will involve planning and executing photo shoots, editing images and videos, and managing studio operations.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute product photography (solid background and aesthetic/lifestyle photography)
  • Plan, shoot, and edit product videography projects
  • Manage Goodybag Studio operations, including product intake from clients and safe return after completion
  • Edit photos and videos using industry-standard tools: Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Final Cut Pro or Premiere Pro (basic knowledge of After Effects is preferred)
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Adapt to project-based shifts and demonstrate a strong learning mindset
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in product photography and videography
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating photography and video editing skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, FCP or Premiere Pro; basic After Effects knowledge is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
