Manufacturing Process Expert - SAP PP Consultant

At the core of our production operations lies a complex web of manufacturing processes that dictate how we produce and deliver our goods. To drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance, we need an expert in SAP PP to lead our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing end-to-end SAP PP projects, from blueprinting and configuration to testing and go-live.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand manufacturing and production processes, gather requirements, and map them to SAP PP functionalities.
  • Provide functional expertise in SAP PP, covering areas such as Production planning (MPS and MRP), Discrete and repetitive manufacturing processes, Capacity Planning, Scheduling, and Resource Management.
  • Configure and customize SAP PP module to meet specific client requirements and ensure optimal system performance.
  • Ability to integrate SAP PP with other modules like MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), QM (Quality Management), and PM (Plant Maintenance).
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in SAP PP module, with at least 3 end-to-end implementations.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP PP functionalities, including MRP, Production Orders, Routing, Capacity Planning, Batch Management, and Shop Floor Control.
  • Experience in leading SAP PP implementation or migration projects in complex manufacturing environments.
