Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and innovative AI Specialist to join our team, focusing on developing advanced speech recognition technologies for our voice assistant model in the automotive sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge and experience in the latest trends and technologies within the AI/ML space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and development of AI and NLP technologies to recommend innovative solutions for our organization.
  • Model finetuning to optimize the use of LLMs for optimal accuracy, naturalness, and performance.
  • Integration of LLM capabilities into our speech recognition and natural language understanding systems.
  • Data analysis to extract meaningful insights from large sets of structured and unstructured data.
  • Validation and implementation of LLM-based features, ensuring high performance, reliability, scalability, and robustness in real-world scenarios.
  • Collaboration with software engineers, product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into existing products.
  • Mentoring and training of team members to promote a culture of learning and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or a related field. A master's or PhD in a relevant discipline is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models, including fine-tuning of LLMs and implementation of LLM-based agents.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in AI and ML, developing, fine-tuning, and deploying models for real-world applications.
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn, with a focus on integrating Large Language Models.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
  • Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, and evaluation methodologies involving large-scale datasets and distributed computing environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools for model monitoring and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) (Preferred).
  • Familiarity with dialog implementations, virtual assistants, automatic speech recognition (ASR), or text-to-speech (TTS) applications (Preferred).
