Business Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our organisation as a Business Transformation Specialist.

  • Leverage expertise in SAP S/4 HANA to design and implement technical architecture, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery setups.
  • Lead the execution of SAP ECC to SAP S/4 HANA brownfield conversions, focusing on BASIS and infrastructure aspects.

  • Migrate data using Software Update Manager (SUM) with Database Migration Option (DMO), ensuring seamless transition from legacy systems.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations while managing system validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) during transformation.
  • Collaborate with business teams to integrate SAP with industry-specific systems (MES, LIMS).
  • Oversee SAP HANA database installation, performance tuning, and post-migration optimisation.
  • Utilise SAP HANA Cockpit and SAP Solution Manager for system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance management.
  • Lead Fiori activation and optimisation of user interfaces for enhanced business productivity.
  • Promote the technical and operational benefits of SAP S/4 HANA within the organisation.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Extensive hands-on experience in SAP BASIS with a proven track record of leading SAP S/4 HANA brownfield conversions.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP infrastructure, SAP HANA database, and the SAP cloud environment.
  • Experience working in highly regulated environments, ideally within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sectors.
  • Expertise in downtime optimisation strategies, including near-zero downtime methods.
  • Knowledge of integration points between SAP BASIS, SAP FICO, and other SAP modules.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Able to facilitate technical transformation and adoption across the business community.
