Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR professional to join our organization in Lucknow. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or students pursuing HR-related studies to gain hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new joiners from documentation to induction and first-day experience.
  • Plan and execute engaging activities and initiatives to boost employee morale and strengthen team culture.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for employees in the office, building trust and maintaining regular touchpoints.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks such as online database management, coordinating with central HR teams, and supporting payroll or compliance processes.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, leave, and other matters promptly and empathetically.
  • Act as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for a small group of employees, providing support on performance discussions, feedback sessions, pulse checks, and team dynamics.
  • Nurture and promote our company's core values and inclusive culture across the office.

Requirements:

  • A recent graduate or currently pursuing HR or related studies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly proactive, organized, and approachable.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eager to learn, unafraid to take ownership, and willing to get hands dirty.
