Rug Designer

Job Title: Creative Director

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a detailed creative direction plan for the company, encompassing various product lines.

• The selected candidate will be expected to share concept ideas of themes and collections to develop, as well as design rugs in various qualities and textures.">
• This role requires the ability to travel to factories and exhibitions as required, and to design room settings for rug designs, catalogs, and social media posts.">

Requirements:

• A degree or diploma in design is essential for this role.">
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position is required.">
• Knowledge of carpet techniques, including hand tufting, hand knotting, and handloom weaving, is a must.">
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, InDesign, etc. is necessary.">
• Galaincha software proficiency is preferred but not essential.">
