We are seeking a highly skilled Flutter developer with 3-4 years of experience to fill this role.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on expertise in building and maintaining cross-platform applications using Flutter, with a strong focus on web development.

You will collaborate closely with designers, backend developers, and other team members to deliver high-quality, scalable, and accessible applications. Key Responsibilities.

● Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform applications using Flutter (mobile and web).

● Implement state management using Provider effectively for scalable applications.

● Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver new features and improvements.

● Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.

● Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance across platforms.

● Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA standards) for web and mobile apps.

● Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter ecosystem updates, packages, and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications.

● Proven professional experience as a Flutter Developer (3-4 years)

● Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Flutter Web development

● Solid understanding of Flutter architecture, widgets, and rendering pipeline.

● Experience integrating REST APIs and working with JSON data.

● Good knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile workflows.

Good-to-Have.

● Experience building animations and smooth UI transitions in Flutter.

● Knowledge of Accessibility best practices (WCAG 2.1 AA).

● Familiarity with performance optimization and app lifecycle management.
