UX/UI Designer

At the forefront of innovation, we are creating a blockchain-powered platform that revolutionizes private market investing by digitizing the entire asset lifecycle. Our mission is to make private markets as accessible as public ones, empowering more investors to participate in unique and high-impact opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the user experience and interface design for our core Fintech product while taking ownership of our public-facing websites. This unique hybrid role requires a creative thinker who can create intuitive, user-centric product designs and build complex, pixel-perfect, and highly interactive websites.

We require a designer who can own and manage the end-to-end design process for new product features, from initial concept and user research to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes. The designer should be proficient in both UX/UI design and Webflow development, capable of translating complex financial concepts into simple, intuitive, and accessible user interfaces.

  • Drive the end-to-end design process for new product features.
  • Translate complex financial concepts into user-friendly interfaces.
  • Conduct user research and interviews to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes and site maps to communicate interaction ideas.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into beautiful and functional user interfaces.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the organization.

In addition to UX/UI design responsibilities, the designer will also be responsible for designing, building, managing, and continuously optimizing our company websites using Webflow. This includes architecting and implementing scalable component structures and layouts within Webflow, managing and structuring Webflow's CMS, and integrating third-party tools and services as needed.
