Role Overview:

A Proposal Writer is a key professional responsible for crafting compelling proposal content that clearly articulates our value proposition. The ideal candidate will have proven ability and skills in producing and editing proposal content, participating in review meetings/ final document review, content sign off and document production.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead responses to government agencies at the IDIQ and Task Order level, and other responses at the contract program level.
  • Lead storyboard sessions with Bid/ Proposal team members and key stakeholders.
  • Experience in analyzing RFPs/ RFIs/ RFQs to prepare response outlines and compliance matrices.
  • Research, development, planning, and writing of compliant technical material and compelling proposal content for use in proposal development activities.
  • Proactively interact with subject matter experts.
  • Assist the Bid/ Proposal Manager in developing a proposal.
  • Identify and re-work existing pre-written content where relevant.
  • Deliver completed written proposal responses to the Proposal Manager against agreed RFP deadlines, escalating issues as required.
  • Provide ongoing proposal strategy and support.
  • Gain adherence to all steps of the pursuit proposal process and confirm high quality proposal submissions.
  • Design or suggest graphics for written proposal material.
  • Develop high quality proposals, qualification documents, presentations, and other meeting documents.
