Project Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Expert to lead our SAP project execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end projects, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and delivery.

The successful candidate will define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with stakeholders. He/She will monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues. Additionally, the expert will ensure SAP solutions are optimized for business processes and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead end-to-end SAP project execution, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and delivery.
2. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
3. Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
4. Ensure SAP solutions are optimized for business processes and meet quality standards.

Scrum Master Duties:

1. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
2. Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
3. Track sprint progress, velocity, and backlog health.
4. Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the backlog.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in SAP project management and incident handling.
3. 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
4. Strong understanding of SAP modules, including Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMI-ACP; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
5. Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and SAP Solution Manager.
6. Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and SAP lifecycle methodologies.
