Job Title

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in software development to lead and deliver high-quality IT projects.

This is a critical role that requires a deep technical understanding, a solid grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, and strong leadership skills to drive projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the entire software development project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and delivery.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, and providing regular project updates.
  • Drive project teams to adhere to Agile methodologies and best practices, facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and client expectations.
Requirements:
  • A strong background with hands-on coding experience, providing a deep technical understanding of software development.
  • A solid grasp of the SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven client-facing experience and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Qualifications:
  • B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science / IT.
  • A minimum of 7-8 years of relevant experience, including hands-on coding.
