About This Role:

A role with Roundel is an opportunity to represent the company in sales of digital media, advertising, and custom marketing campaign solutions to the national media and advertising agency market.

You'll develop and present market-leading media strategies and smart solutions that exceed client needs – all with a focus on delivering on Target's unmatched brand promise.

What We're Looking For:

  • A four-year degree with 4-8 years' experience in math, statistics, business, or operations research
  • The ability to create, change, and execute SQL queries from analytic datasets and analyze results
  • An experience and passion for using data to explain or solve complex business problems and influence invention of new systematic and operational processes
  • The ability to communicate findings clearly and concisely
  • Experience utilizing problem-solving and analytical skills
  • The ability to adjust priorities to the ever-changing needs of the business

Bonus Points:

  • R and Python experience
  • Experience in retail (stores or headquarters)
  • Proven experience achieving results by leading, partnering, and influencing others

Salary Range:

$110,000-$130,000 per year

This estimate is based on industry standards and location factors.
