Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Architect to spearhead the design and implementation of advanced forecasting models, scalable data pipelines, and ML-driven business solutions across manufacturing and supply chain domains.

The ideal candidate will possess strong architectural skills, hands-on engineering expertise, and domain knowledge to translate business needs into technical outcomes. They will be responsible for developing and implementing accurate forecasting models leveraging historical and live data, applying time-series analysis techniques to uncover trends, anomalies, and business insights, and continuously optimizing forecasting models to improve accuracy and adapt to business dynamics.

In addition, they will apply advanced ML algorithms (XGBoost, Random Forest, Deep Learning, etc.) for predictive modeling, conduct Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to identify actionable insights, and leverage Databricks ML & Spark capabilities for large-scale training and inference.

The Senior Data Architect will also be responsible for ensuring data quality, consistency, and governance across diverse data sources, collaborating with engineering teams on data storage, processing, and architecture best practices, and utilizing AWS services (S3, EC2, Lambda, SageMaker) for cloud-native ML deployments.

They will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, understand key supply chain and manufacturing metrics to frame problems effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions deliver measurable business impact.

Key qualifications include strong proficiency in Python (data analysis, ML, automation), deep expertise in time-series forecasting & demand prediction, solid understanding and hands-on use of advanced ML algorithms, proven experience in data architecture, solution design, and ML lifecycle management, and hands-on expertise with Databricks (ML & Spark) and AWS cloud services.
