About this Role

We are seeking a skilled backend developer to create high-performance software systems that monitor and improve telecom network performance.

As a key member of our agile team, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable microservices using Golang.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop efficient microservices.
  • Implement RESTful APIs and asynchronous message-based systems.
  • Optimize existing backend services for low-latency environments.
  • Contribute to architecture and development of dashboards used for network monitoring and analytics.
  • Ensure code quality and usability.
  • Participate in architectural design reviews and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers and domain experts.
  • Translate KPIs into actionable software solutions.
  • Integrate with OSS/BSS systems and data sources.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of hands-on experience in software development.
  • Expertise in Golang for production-level backend systems.
  • Strong knowledge of React.js, JavaScript, and modern front-end tools.
  • Deep experience in microservices architecture, Docker/Kubernetes/Helm, CI/CD tools, networking principles, and cloud platforms.
