Job Description

The Project Manager is a full-time on-site role responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating between clients, consultants, and contractors. This requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver complex projects successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day site execution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 3–7 years of experience in project execution and site management
  • Strong technical expertise in structural works, finishing, and quality control
  • Proficiency in project documentation, drawings, and site coordination
  • Knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and compliance
  • Ability to supervise teams, monitor progress, and handle problem-solving on-site
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
